Meet Colin.

As a composer, Colin’s musical voice is richly eclectic. From orchestral and choral works to pop/rock songs, musicals, and music for video, he moves freely across genres—simply because he loves to create. Over time, his output has naturally settled into two broad worlds: classical orchestral and choral music on one hand, and pop/rock on the other, each reflected in its own dedicated website.
Colin resists being defined by a single style. He holds a deep belief that all music flows from our Creator, and that creativity itself is an act of conversation and response. In a recent social media post, he reflected:
“My music is part of my existential being. I no longer seek the approval of others for its success or failure. I write because I have to—my soul cries out, and my music is the response.”
This path—once unconventional—is increasingly embraced, walked by artists such as Sir Karl Jenkins and Sir Paul McCartney, who have long bridged multiple musical worlds. Echoing the words of Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin, “Music is not a competition, it’s a sharing,” Colin adds:
“The only One I write for is He who made me and gave me whatever limited gifting I have to converse with Him. Everything else is secondary.”
